It is necessary to have the following from you:
1. Date of Birth (Month/Day/Year)
2. Time of Birth (Exact and AM/PM)
3. Location of Birth (hospital location – where exactly you were born)

It is essential to have the exact time of birth because the planets move, some every 2 hours, which will greatly affect your relational description. Ask your parents (if possible), or call the hospital records if you don’t have your birth time. There is a way to compile a chart, by entering the time as ‘noon’, but I prefer not to read someone’s chart this way because of its lack of precision creating a great disservice to the recipient.
